About The Memo: The Memo is a veteran-owned, indoor cannabis cultivation facility producing clean, pesticide-free, top-shelf flower for New Mexico’s best dispensaries. The Job — You’ll Do Everything That Keeps This Facility Running:

This role covers the entire facility and production cycle. You’ll assist directly with the founders in maintaining a high-performing indoor grow. Tasks include:

• Daily plant care — watering, pruning, defoliating, cleaning grow rooms
• Harvest prep, trimming, drying, curing, packaging, and labeling
• Daily facility cleaning and sanitation — every room, every day
• Completing compliance and production logs accurately
• Monitoring plant health, spotting issues early, and maintaining quality control
• Taking responsibility for part-time and surge staff when they come to assist, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. You’ll be lifting, bending, cleaning, and working on your feet for hours. You must be physically fit, mentally sharp, and emotionally steady under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consistent employment in a physically active or production-related role.
• Proven experience in management roles, preferably within the cannabis industry or a similar sector.
• Ability to work alone for long periods of time, and also with a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required if you can demonstrate strong work ethic and transferable skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
• Computer literacy for tracking production and compliance.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
