The Big Task: </b>As our HVAC Manager, you will lead and develop a team of HVAC professionals across both service and installation. You&rsquo;ll focus on building a high-performing team, improving processes, and ensuring top-tier customer service and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys growing departments, mentoring technicians, and collaborating with leadership to achieve long-term growth and success.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Recruit, hire, train, and coach HVAC technicians and installers to meet customer nees and department growth targets.</li><li>
Oversee daily operations for both service and install teams, ensuring efficiency and quality.</li><li>
Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and hold team members accountable for results.</li><li>
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across all HVAC jobs.</li><li>
Work closely with dispatch, sales, and leadership teams to optimize scheduling and workflow.</li><li>
Develop and implement strategies to scale the HVAC department and achieve long-term growth objectives.</li></ul><div><b>
What You Bring:</b></div><ul><li>
HVAC experience strongly preferred; leadership experience in a service or install environment required.</li><li>
Proven ability to build and scale teams in a fast-paced and performance driven environment.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.</li></ul><div><b>
