Compensation

$25.00 – $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission)
Top performers earn $50+ per hour

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer

Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installation
Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)
HVAC degree or equivalent experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
