Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving high-quality drinks and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your expertise in food handling and service will contribute to an unforgettable dining experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.</li><li>Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal drinking age regulations.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.</li><li>Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.</li><li>Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance guest experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Familiarity with brewing techniques or cocktail mixing is advantageous but not required.</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional experiences as part of our dedicated team!Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
