Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving high-quality drinks and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your expertise in food handling and service will contribute to an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal drinking age regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
• Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques or cocktail mixing is advantageous but not required.
