Job Overview AV Preeminent law firm based in Dallas with offices in Austin, Houston, Lubbock, and Midland seeks Experienced Litigation Attorney to represent our clients in state/federal court proceedings. Diverse cases include construction litigation, contracts, intellectual property, and general commercial litigation. Must have courtroom and trial experience and proven abilities in all areas including excellent writing/research skills, ability to cover hearings and draft pleadings rapidly, mediation, and preferably experience in arbitration proceedings. This is NOT a remote position.
