Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. This role involves providing essential support to attorneys in various legal matters, including document preparation, research, and case management. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.
Responsibilities

- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Utilize PCLaw and Westlaw for case management and legal research purposes.
- Assist attorneys in litigation processes by preparing trial materials and exhibits.
- Transcribe legal documents and maintain organized files for easy access.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in securities law.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for cases and maintain communication throughout the process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and document review.
- Familiarity with Clio Manage, Westlaw, or similar legal software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work performed.
- Knowledge of securities law is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
