The National Bank of Malvern is seeking a Universal Banker to join our team with a minimum of two years&rsquo; retail banking experience, preferably in a supervisory position such as head teller, customer service representative, or assistant branch operations manager . We are looking for a self- motivated individual who exhibits ability, enthusiasm, as well as operational and managerial excellence.Position Title: Universal BankerBusiness Unit: RetailReports To: Senior Vice President Deposit OperationsPosition Overview: The Universal Banker Performs teller, customer service, and deposit operations related functions to provide, promote, and maintain the bank&rsquo;s products and services to current and potential customers. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Primary Responsibilities:&middot; Possesses a working knowledge relating to bank products and services in order to process account transactions and related maintenance.&middot; Operates a teller terminal/equipment to process a variety of customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing, as needed.&middot; Adheres to compliance with regards to BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures that may include CIP data gathering, OFAC compliance, CTR preparation and identification of suspicious activity.&middot; Process all ATM and VISA customer inquiries/disputes using EFT Provider applications to research issues and maintain limits.&middot; Process online banking (OLB) requests including new enrollments, bill pay transactions, ACH requests, and general maintenance inquiries.&middot; Provide efficient and courteous customer service, researching problems and implementing appropriate resolution.&middot; Complete item processing related tasks&middot; Performs additional duties as required.Minimum Education: High School or GEDMinimum Years Experience: 2 years retail banking experience, preferably in a supervisory position such as head teller, customer service representative, or assistant branch operations managerRequired Skills:<ul><li>Excellent managerial skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent cash handling skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to perform in a fast paced and or changing environment</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to use general office equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software</li></ul><ul><li>Driver&rsquo;s license: ability to travel between branches when required</li></ul>Experience with the FIS Horizon operating system preferred but not required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $27.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
