The National Bank of Malvern is seeking a Universal Banker to join our team with a minimum of two years’ retail banking experience, preferably in a supervisory position such as head teller, customer service representative, or assistant branch operations manager . Position Title: Universal Banker
Business Unit: Retail
Reports To: Senior Vice President Deposit Operations
Position Overview: The Universal Banker Performs teller, customer service, and deposit operations related functions to provide, promote, and maintain the bank’s products and services to current and potential customers. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Possesses a working knowledge relating to bank products and services in order to process account transactions and related maintenance.
· Operates a teller terminal/equipment to process a variety of customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing, as needed.
· Adheres to compliance with regards to BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures that may include CIP data gathering, OFAC compliance, CTR preparation and identification of suspicious activity.
· Process all ATM and VISA customer inquiries/disputes using EFT Provider applications to research issues and maintain limits.
· Process online banking (OLB) requests including new enrollments, bill pay transactions, ACH requests, and general maintenance inquiries.
· Provide efficient and courteous customer service, researching problems and implementing appropriate resolution.
· Complete item processing related tasks
· Performs additional duties as required.
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Minimum Years Experience: 2 years retail banking experience, preferably in a supervisory position such as head teller, customer service representative, or assistant branch operations manager
Required Skills:
Experience with the FIS Horizon operating system preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.50 per hour
