Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. In this vital role, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions. Your expertise will support our mission to improve health outcomes through innovative practices, comprehensive patient education, and collaborative care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact patient well-being and community health.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status and formulate treatment plans.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, botulinum toxin treatments, and adherence to sterile techniques.</li><li>Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10, CPT).</li><li>Engage in telehealth consultations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure with current state certification; experience in primary care or specialized fields such as Neurology preferred but not required.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks or Cerner.</li><li>Extensive clinical experience in acute care settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, hospital medicine is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including psychopharmacology), and medical terminology.</li><li>Skilled in performing invasive procedures like venipuncture, IV insertion, sterile processing techniques and airway management.</li><li>Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics , seniors (memory care &amp; Alzheimer&rsquo;s), individuals with developmental disabilities.</li><li>Familiarity with Workers' Compensation law, HIPAA regulations for patient privacy, CPT coding for billing purposes and infection control protocols.</li><li>Additional desirable skills include telehealth experience, medical imaging interpretation, and proficiency in ICD coding (ICD-9/10).
