Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status and formulate treatment plans.
  • Administer medications, injections, botulinum toxin treatments, and adherence to sterile techniques.
  • Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10, CPT).
  • Engage in telehealth consultations.

Requirements

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure with current state certification; experience in primary care or specialized fields such as Neurology preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks or Cerner.
  • Extensive clinical experience in acute care settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, hospital medicine is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including psychopharmacology), and medical terminology.
  • Skilled in performing invasive procedures like venipuncture, IV insertion, sterile processing techniques and airway management.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics , seniors (memory care & Alzheimer’s), individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with Workers' Compensation law, HIPAA regulations for patient privacy, CPT coding for billing purposes and infection control protocols.
  • Additional desirable skills include telehealth experience, medical imaging interpretation, and proficiency in ICD coding (ICD-9/10). Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
