Compensation<ul><li>
Commission-based</li><li>
Agents in this program average 5&ndash;15+ additional listings per year through lead sources</li><li>
Realistic annual income potential: $100,000&ndash;$250,000+</li><li>
No desk fees or marketing expenses</li></ul>
Compensation:
$103,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Respond immediately to Zillow Flex and Homelight seller leads and convert to appointments</li><li>
Conduct professional listing consultations and present comparative market analyses (CMAs)</li><li>
Coordinate with our in-house Listing Coordinator to prepare homes for market</li><li>
Guide sellers through every step &mdash; pricing strategy, offers, negotiations, and closing</li><li>
Use Follow Up Boss CRM to manage lead follow-up and track conversions</li><li>
Leverage our proven marketing systems, templates, and processes to maximize exposure</li><li>
Maintain consistent client communication and a high level of professionalism</li><li>
Participate in weekly team trainings, roleplays, and strategy meetings</li><li>
Collaborate with our success team to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active California Real Estate License (required)</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience preferred</li><li>
Strong listing presentation and communication skills</li><li>
In-depth understanding of pricing, marketing, and seller conversion</li><li>
Full-time availability &mdash; not a part-time position</li><li>
Organized, motivated, and coachable with a positive attitude</li><li>
Comfortable using CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience a plus)</li><li>
Willingness to attend team trainings regularly</li><li>
Must live in or be able to commute to Inland Empire
