You&rsquo;ll also assist with general marketing projects to help our brand stand out.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create engaging social media content (short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions).</li><li>Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).</li><li>Capture before/after photos, video walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes stories of our properties and team.</li><li>Engage with comments, messages, and community interactions to grow our audience.</li><li>Assist with marketing projects such as flyers, email newsletters, and simple ad campaigns.</li><li>Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.</li><li>Support team events, open houses, and community initiatives with marketing materials.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong interest in social media, marketing, and storytelling.</li><li>Comfortable with photo/video content creation (experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe a plus).</li><li>Creative mindset &mdash; someone who can spot trends and turn ideas into content.</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.</li><li>Team player who&rsquo;s eager to learn and grow in marketing.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$35,000 starting salary with a clear growth path (raise potential after 6&ndash;12 months based on performance).</li><li>Health insurance coverage.</li><li>Hands-on mentorship in marketing, real estate, and business.</li><li>Fun, collaborative team culture with opportunities to bring your ideas to life.</li><li>A chance to grow into bigger responsibilities in marketing, design, and digital strategy as you gain experience.</li></ul>Send us your resume, plus a short note or portfolio showing any social media content you&rsquo;ve created (school, personal, or professional).
