What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be social media content creation and management. You’ll also assist with general marketing projects to help our brand stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content (short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions).
• Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Capture before/after photos, video walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes stories of our properties and team.
• Engage with comments, messages, and community interactions to grow our audience.
• Assist with marketing projects such as flyers, email newsletters, and simple ad campaigns.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Support team events, open houses, and community initiatives with marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in social media, marketing, and storytelling.
• Comfortable with photo/video content creation (experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe a plus).
• Creative mindset — someone who can spot trends and turn ideas into content.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Team player who’s eager to learn and grow in marketing.
