Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead maintenance efforts that make a real difference every day.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and other mechanical equipment to ensure peak performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems using schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.</li><li>Lead small maintenance projects or construction tasks, coordinating with team members or contractors as needed.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure safety and continuous operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or general equipment maintenance.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams confidently.</li><li>Service technician experience is highly desirable; familiarity with troubleshooting complex systems is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.</li><li>Ability to perform equipment repair tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.</li><li>Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
