The Original Pancake House is seeking experienced Servers who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high‑volume restaurant environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who understand service flow, guest engagement, and teamwork, and who consistently uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide polished, attentive, and efficient table service in accordance with Brand and company standards (the OPH Way)</li><li>Manage multiple tables while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and composure</li><li>Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently guide guests with recommendations</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and quality presentation of food and beverages</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns proactively and professionally</li><li>Accurately prepare guest checks and process payments in compliance with company procedures</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Support team members during peak periods to maintain service excellence</li><li>Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized service stations and dining areas</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Prior serving experience in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant environment preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of service timing, guest flow, and table management</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Dependable, professional, and guest-focused mindset</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to work shifts up to 8 hours</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced restaurant environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>State and federal minimum wage for tipped associates</li><li>Full-time and part-time opportunities available</li><li>Anniversary Pay Program</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Shift meals</li><li>Employee dining discounts</li></ul>This position does not include management, administrative, or financial responsibilitiesPay: $10.70 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
