The Original Pancake House is seeking experienced Servers who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high‑volume restaurant environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who understand service flow, guest engagement, and teamwork, and who consistently uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, attentive, and efficient table service in accordance with Brand and company standards (the OPH Way)
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and composure
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently guide guests with recommendations
• Ensure timely delivery and quality presentation of food and beverages
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns proactively and professionally
• Accurately prepare guest checks and process payments in compliance with company procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support team members during peak periods to maintain service excellence
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized service stations and dining areas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior serving experience in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant environment preferred
• Strong understanding of service timing, guest flow, and table management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Dependable, professional, and guest-focused mindset
• Authorization to work in the United States

Schedule & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work shifts up to 8 hours
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced restaurant environment
