Overview Looking for that right person with dynamic personallity, with leadership experienceDuties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the serving staff to ensure efficient and courteous service during all shifts</li><li>Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and guest expectations</li><li>Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction</li><li>Ensure compliance with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures at all times</li><li>Assist with banquet and catering events by coordinating service staff and ensuring seamless execution</li><li>Train new servers on restaurant policies, menu knowledge, and customer service techniques</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive dining experience for all patrons</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in fine dining settings with a strong background in food service</li><li>Extensive serving experience with a focus on customer service excellence</li><li>Prior banquet or catering experience preferred to manage large or special events effectively</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience working in the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality roles</li></ul>Join us to lead our dedicated team in delivering memorable dining moments!
