Overview
Looking for that right person with dynamic personallity, with leadership experience

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the serving staff to ensure efficient and courteous service during all shifts
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and guest expectations
  • Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Assist with banquet and catering events by coordinating service staff and ensuring seamless execution
  • Train new servers on restaurant policies, menu knowledge, and customer service techniques
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive dining experience for all patrons

Experience

  • Proven experience in fine dining settings with a strong background in food service
  • Extensive serving experience with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Prior banquet or catering experience preferred to manage large or special events effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience working in the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality roles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.66 - $29.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
