<p><b>Registered Nurse Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs.</li>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, health status, and response to treatment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and preferences.</li>
<li>Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements.</li>
</ul>

Registered Nurse Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>RN certification in the state of KY</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening</li>
<li>Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred</li>
</ul>
