Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, health status, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
• Provide emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and preferences.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RN certification in the state of KY
• Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
