Position overviewSupervise children of various ages in a safe, fun, kid friendly environment.Primary Job FunctionThis position is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment while caring for the children in the Treehouse.Essential Job Functions&middot; Responsible for supervising and orchestrating games and activities for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years&middot; Maintains the toys and equipment in a safe and clean manner&middot; Provides excellent customer service to the Members&middot; Takes and handles payment in forms of cash, check, or credit card&middot; Communicates effectively with parents on the needs and behaviors of their children&middot; Works hours as scheduled by the Program Manager for Children&rsquo;s ProgramsRequirements&middot; Must enjoy playing with and entertaining children&middot; Ability to provide discipline when required&middot; Maintains proper record keeping&middot; Basic computer knowledge&middot; Must be available for a minimum 2 shifts per week. Various shifts required. Must be available to work Friday evenings.&middot; CPR certification within 30 days of employment requiredOther Skills/Abilities&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Excellent customer service skills&middot; Positive attitude&middot; Works in a team or self directedNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
