Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop visually compelling content.</li><li>Create storyboards, visual style frames, and animation prototypes to present ideas effectively.</li><li>Design engaging video assets, including text animations, product explainers, infographics, and promotional videos.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and adapt creatives to multiple platforms and formats.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.</li><li>Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience (1&ndash;3 years preferred) as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role within a digital marketing or creative agency.</li><li>Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent sense of design, color, typography, and storytelling.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate creative concepts into engaging visuals.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
