Motion Designer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to produce motion graphics that elevate brand campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for advertisements, social media, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop compelling visual concepts
• Translate briefs, storyboards, and brand guidelines into dynamic motion content
• Edit and animate videos using text, graphics, sound, and visual effects
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, style, and tone across all motion assets
• Optimize motion content for different platforms (social media, web, paid ads, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and techniques
• Revise and refine animations based on internal and client feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven 0-2 years. experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and transitions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
• Knowledge of UI/UX motion design
• Familiarity with branding and campaign-based creative work
