This role ensures that every hamper leaving TPIF represents our commitment to perfection and premium experiences.Why Join TPIF?<ul><li>Be part of a creative, dynamic and fast-evolving gifting brand.</li><li>Work in an environment that values innovation, aesthetics and flawless execution.</li><li>Play a key role in shaping the operational strength behind premium curated hampers.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in operations, preferably in gifting, FMCG, e-commerce, or related fields.</li></ul>Key Resposibilities for this position are highlighted below.Warehouse &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations with proper stock organization and hygiene.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and perform regular audits.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, quality checks, and material timelines.</li><li>Ensure correct storage, labelling, and movement of products &amp; packaging material</li></ul>Order Execution &amp; Packing Supervision<ul><li>Oversee the fulfilment process from order intake to final dispatch.</li><li>Lead and supervise the packing team to maintain TPIF quality standards.</li><li>Create daily production schedules based on order priority and timelines.</li><li>Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure flawless output.</li><li>Design support to craft styling and gift-wrapping team whenever required.</li></ul>Administration<ul><li>Maintain order sheets, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts team for billing, vendor payments, and documentation.</li><li>Handle compliance files, vendor registrations, and organisational SOPs.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports for stock movement, order status, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Process Management<ul><li>Train, guide, and manage warehouse, admin, and packing staff.</li><li>Introduce process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality.</li><li>Maintain discipline, safety protocols, and workflow optimisation.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Delivery Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with courier partners and internal delivery teams.</li><li>Plan efficient dispatch routes, especially for bulk corporate orders.</li><li>Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required<ul><li>Strong organisational and planning skills.</li><li>Experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or e-commerce preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage teams with a positive, solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Excellent communication and basic computer proficiency (Excel/Sheets).</li><li>Keen attention to detail and commitment to TPIF&rsquo;s premium quality standards.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhiw i, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operations management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Marathi (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
