We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and quality-driven Operations Manager to streamline day-to-day operations including warehouse management, packing supervision, logistics coordination, and back-office processes. This role ensures that every hamper leaving TPIF represents our commitment to perfection and premium experiences.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in gifting, FMCG, e-commerce, or related fields.

Key Resposibilities for this position are highlighted below.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Manage daily warehouse operations with proper stock organization and hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and perform regular audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, quality checks, and material timelines.
  • Ensure correct storage, labelling, and movement of products & packaging material

Order Execution & Packing Supervision

  • Oversee the fulfilment process from order intake to final dispatch.
  • Lead and supervise the packing team to maintain TPIF quality standards.
  • Create daily production schedules based on order priority and timelines.
  • Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure flawless output.
  • Design support to craft styling and gift-wrapping team whenever required.

Administration

  • Maintain order sheets, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for billing, vendor payments, and documentation.
  • Handle compliance files, vendor registrations, and organisational SOPs.
  • Prepare MIS reports for stock movement, order status, and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Process Management

  • Train, guide, and manage warehouse, admin, and packing staff.
  • Introduce process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintain discipline, safety protocols, and workflow optimisation.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with courier partners and internal delivery teams.
  • Plan efficient dispatch routes, especially for bulk corporate orders.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Ability to manage teams with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and basic computer proficiency (Excel/Sheets).
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to TPIF’s premium quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
