</div></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure that the projects maintain a strong and consistent legal compliance record and also are completed and operated as per statutory/regulatory norms and no penalty clauses are invoked against the Company
</p></li><li><p>Support the leasing/projects/Marketing/ Finance &amp; Accounts/ center Operation teams by providing expert advice on legal and regulatory matters related to the project
</p></li><li><p>Ensure and oversee timely submission of relevant documents and returns to external stakeholders / regulatory authorities and represent the company for resolution of any legal issue or escalation
</p></li><li><p>Drive legal negotiations personally with inline/vanilla clients a and ensure the process of lease negotiations with all tenants is carried out as per the defined process

</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting for respective projects/ SPVs in compliance with applicable Accounting / Taxation Standards as well as internally framed SOPs/ policies / norms as defined by Senior Management, so as to comply with transparency &amp; Corporate Governance requirements.
</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to various critical statutory compliances as well as maintain robust updated documentation of financial information.
</p></li><li><p>Ensure preparation of financial statements as per IND AS including variance analysis and Board presentation.
</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper books of accounts for each SPV/ project including Trial Balance, Profit &amp; Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Annexure to the Balance Sheet and Notes to Accounts and forward the same to GM &ndash; F&amp;A for review.
</p></li><li><p>Responsible for finalization &amp; audit of accounts, Monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly basis, for respective projects by ensuring all necessary closing procedures are completed including timely &amp; correct accounting.
</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with various functional departments for all activities required for the publishing of financial statements for the various SPV&rsquo;s.<br>

</b></p><ul><li><p>Support to tax team for computation, reconciliations and assessments on periodic basis for respective projects/ SPVs. Also advise on advance tax payments, wherever applicable.

</p></li><li><p>To ensure that relevant information as sought by Tax team related to various tax notices and Income Tax Assessments shared within the timelines shared by tax team with full adequacy

</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for coordinating with statutory auditor and internal auditor &amp; ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards/ policies.
