Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth operations by managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.</li><li>Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food items during banquets or catering events.</li><li>Support inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking consumption, and communicating supply needs.</li><li>Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, beverage preparation, and overall hygiene practices.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest preferences and providing personalized recommendations.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training related to beverage knowledge, food safety regulations, and hospitality best practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change distribution.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of alcohol laws is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality venues like nightclubs or banquet events.</li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends can be an added advantage for enhancing guest experience.
