<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Take customer orders accurately at the counter and/or via POS system.</li><li>Upsell menu items and promote current deals to maximize sales.</li><li>Handle cash, card, and discount transactions with accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed promptly.</li><li>Address customer queries and complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area.</li><li>Replenish condiments, packaging material, and other counter essentials.</li><li>Follow all company SOPs regarding food safety, hygiene, and service standards.</li><li>Participate in daily opening and closing duties of the counter.</li><li>Support teammates during peak hours and maintain a team-oriented attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>6 Months: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
