We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Franchise Coordinator to join our team at Head Office.

Requirements:
✔ Male Candidates, Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Good personality and professional attitude
✔ Proficient in MS Excel
✔ Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
✔ Fresh graduates and last-semester students are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and circulate Daily Delivery Reports
• Analyze daily complaints and share them with the concerned regions
• Analyze daily order cancellation reasons and prepare reports
• Generate Weekly Rider Fuel Reports
• Prepare Weekly Rider Hourly Data for Rider Rosters
• Share Daily Food Panda Sales with all franchisees
• Send Weekly Food Panda Invoices to franchisees
• Attend Weekly Variance Meetings
• Prepare and circulate Weekly Variance Reports
• Resolve day-to-day franchise-related issues and queries
