Our client PostEx is hiring a Branch Coordinator in Karachi.

Job Title: Branch Coordinator
Location: Karachi
Job Summary
The Branch Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch by coordinating with operations, riders, customers, and the head office. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, achieving service targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate parcel receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with riders and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate branch records, reports, and operational data.
• Ensure cash collection, reconciliation, and timely deposit as per company policy.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor branch KPIs, including delivery performance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for operational support.
• Maintain inventory of branch supplies and operational assets.
• Support onboarding and coordination of branch staff when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in branch operations, logistics, courier, retail operations, or administration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with logistics or courier operations will be preferred.
