Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, prepare sales documents, maintain records, and coordinate between clients and the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and reports.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
  • Track sales activities and follow up on pending matters.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales support or customer service experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
