Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, prepare sales documents, maintain records, and coordinate between clients and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
- Track sales activities and follow up on pending matters.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales support or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
