We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between our sales and project execution teams. This role involves coordinating project timelines, supporting client communications, and contributing to sales growth through lead management, follow-ups, and proposal support. Ideal for candidates who thrive in both organizational and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:
- Planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Fully responsible for Sales and complete orders.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the project manager as needed.
- Ensure client requirements are captured and reflected in the project plan.
Sales Support:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Track leads and opportunities and ensure timely communication.
- Ensure deal closure .
- Help nurture long-term client relationships post-sale through consistent communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
