Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, lead a team of sales consultants, drive property sales, and help build strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, customer handling, and deal closure.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies for real estate projects.</li><li>Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Handle client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the buying process.</li><li>Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.</li><li>Coordinate property site visits for potential clients and ensure a positive experience.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.</li><li>Support in organizing promotional events, open houses, and property expos.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.</li><li>Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead generation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.</li><li>Good knowledge of local real estate market and legal regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.</li><li>Own vehicle.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
