Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by turning prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches and adjust presentations based on customer responses.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Record customer information, feedback, and sales outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments if necessary.
- Stay informed about product details, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [ insurance, real estate, etc.].
- Strong problem-solving skills.
