We are looking for a confident and target-driven Female Telesales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone to promote the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
