Location: Lahore

Salary: PKR 40,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound (cold) calls to potential clients and generate leads
• Introduce and promote company products/services effectively
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Upsell products whenever possible to maximize revenue
• Maintain and update customer records (names, contacts, details)
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 6 months of telesales or customer service experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferably over the phone)
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to quickly learn and explain products/services
• Excellent English communication skills
