eBillingWorks is an established, rapidly growing Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our pipeline.

We are only hiring individuals with a proven track record in sales, outbound calling, and business development.Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Research: Actively source, research, and build highly targeted lead lists of US-based clinics, private practices, and doctors using various digital platforms and databases.
• Cold Outbound Outreach: Conduct heavy outbound cold calling and email campaigns targeting Practice Managers, Billing Managers, and Clinic Owners.
• Appointment Setting: Pitch our high-value RCM services, handle initial objections, and successfully schedule qualified sales appointments/demos for our closing team.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update tracking logs or CRM data to ensure meticulous follow-up with potential leads.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience selling medical billing services, RCM solutions, or healthcare IT products to US clinics and doctors.
• Outbound Mastery: Proven experience in cold calling US healthcare providers. You must be comfortable handling gatekeepers and speaking directly with decision-makers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or professional accent.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in searching for leads across various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, medical directories) and working with CRM tools.
• Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
