Outbound Sales Specialists B2B USA Campaigns

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist with strong knowledge of the U.S. medical insurance market. In this role, you will focus on outbound calling, lead conversion, and delivering personalized insurance solutions that meet client needs and comply with healthcare industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lead lists and cold-calling techniques.
  • Qualify prospects, assess individual needs, and recommend the most suitable medical insurance coverage.
  • Clearly explain plan benefits, coverage limitations, premiums, deductibles, and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Record all interactions, lead progress, and customer data accurately in CRM software.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant U.S. healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with team leaders, underwriters, and support staff to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environments.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, VoIP tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work with performance targets and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. health insurance policies and industry terms preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

· Paid annual 20 leaves, 3 for paternity, and 3 for bereavement leave.

· Uncapped Commissions (commission of sales will be multiplied no. of Sales)

· Floor Incentive from 1k to 5K per sale

KPI's based on performance upto 20KLocation: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
