Job Summary:Interact Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Human Resource Officer (Female)

Interact Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with solid experience in General Contracting (GC) and MEP works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting tendering processes, and contributing to effective project planning and execution across a range of construction projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for GC and MEP works</li><li>Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project scope</li><li>Evaluate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs</li><li>Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams</li><li>Review, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Identify potential cost risks, discrepancies, and value engineering opportunities</li><li>Support bid preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and clarifications</li><li>Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing databases, and cost reports</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Estimator</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in General Contracting and MEP projects</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Up to PKR 200,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)</li><li>Paid public/national holidays.</li><li>Paid annual, paternity, and bereavement leave.</li><li>Supportive and career-focused workplace culture.</li></ul>Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)Join Interact Global and be part of a growing international sales team driving real impact in the construction industry.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
