You will be responsible for planning our social media strategy, managing our content team (graphic designers, editors), and running paid ad campaigns. Your main goal is to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:&middot; Lead and guide the team of graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.&middot; Provide clear creative briefs and direction to ensure the vision is met.&middot; Ensure deadlines, targets, and KPIs are met by the team.Social Media Calendar &amp; Planning:&middot; Own and manage the monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.&middot; Plan special content for Islamic events and yearly holidays.&middot; Ensure timely execution of daily social media posting and campaigns.Paid Advertising &amp; Brand Awareness:&middot; Run, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta/Instagram Ads).&middot; Focus on lead generation and increasing brand awareness through targeted ads.&middot; Track campaign performance and report results.Reels &amp; Video Content:&middot; Lead the team in brainstorming &quot;scroll-stopping&quot; Reels and TikToks.&middot; Perform high-level editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere) focusing on strong hooks and transitions.&middot; Identify viral trends (audios, memes, challenges) early on.Analytics &amp; Reporting:&middot; Monitor engagement, comments, and messages professionally.&middot; Analyze performance metrics using social media tools and prepare reports.&middot; Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in English, Mass Communication, or a related field).Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in content creation and social media management.Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing a creative team (must have managed people before).Technical Skills:&middot; Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.&middot; Hands-on experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Manager).&middot; Proficiency in video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere).&middot; Experience with social media analytics tools.Portfolio: A strong portfolio of published work demonstrating your skills (especially Reels/short-form video).Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and a creative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
