Business Development Executive Medical Billing

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive – Medical Billing with a strong background in U.S. healthcare sales and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will have proven experience generating leads, closing deals, and acquiring U.S.-based healthcare providers for medical billing services.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in medical billing sales, healthcare BPO, RCM services, and U.S. provider outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. medical billing market
  • Identify and acquire healthcare providers, clinics, physician groups, and medical practices
  • Sell end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual sales meetings
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close new client deals
  • Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports
  • Coordinate with billing and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Medical Billing Business Development (U.S. Market)
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, HIPAA compliance, claims management, and denial management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in healthcare BPO or medical billing company preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently

· Uncapped Commissions (commission of sales will be multiplied no. of Sales)

· Floor Incentive from 1k to 5K per sale

· KPI's based on performance upto 20K

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
