Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

• Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
• Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000/month
• Experience: Sales coordination and foreign vendor handling experience required
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off
• Office Location: High Q Tower, Jail Road, Gulberg V Lahore

About the Role
Hope Enterprises is looking for a proactive and analytical Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing communication with international partners and eager to build strong commercial and business management skills across global markets.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow relationships with foreign clients and brands
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial correspondence
• Coordinate internally to deliver on client requirements

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience dealing with foreign vendors and international correspondence
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to coordinate sales activities and prepare reports
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
