Senior Sales Coordinator

A Senior sales coordinators needs to Check and ensure that the sales coordinators are strictly follows all instructions mention below.

· Check and ensure that sales orders according to order plan.

· Check and ensure that signed orders and deliver it in FG store

· Check and ensure dispatch stock daily with proper verification.

· Check and ensure that every morning collected gate passes & bilties and sent to parties via whatsapp.

· Check and ensure that sales reports are maintained every 10 days.

· Check and ensure that monthly sale report and Performance sheet of every employee are submitted to GM & NSM

· Check and ensure that pending production report /or any pending order reports are updated.

· Check and ensure that daily payment verification and slips submit to account’s office group wise.

· Check and ensure that ledger submission to GM & NSM of all parties for verification

· Check monthly meeting report.

· Check and ensure submission of accurate stock report to GM & NSM.

· Discuss sales related issues with sale’s Head

· Check samples report update and send to field employees and ensure proper billing.

· Check Proper command on products including descriptions, specifications, pack size packing units/Carton wise, pricing and composition.

· Check Stock report update on daily basis.

· Ensure Proper command and understanding of regions (ASM,NSM, SPOs) according organization's sales structure.

· Check and ensure reviewing the orders received overnight or since your last update.

· Check working report feedbacks to online group via whatsapp on daily basis
