Camp Coordinator - Blood Bank

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Camp Coordinator to organize and manage blood donation camps while promoting our blood bank's services. The ideal candidate will have experience in blood bank marketing, donor recruitment, and building relationships with hospitals, corporations, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute voluntary blood donation camps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, and community groups.
• Promote blood donation awareness and increase donor participation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, volunteers, and blood bank staff to ensure successful camp operations.
• Identify new opportunities for organizing blood donation drives.
• Maintain records of camps, donor participation, and marketing activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual camp organization targets.
• Represent the blood bank at community events and awareness programs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in blood bank camp coordination, healthcare marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in organizing blood donation camps and donor recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel locally with van for camp coordination.
