 You communicate clearly &mdash; in writing and with clients.

 You thrive in a fast-moving online business and enjoy refining systems.

 MUST HAVES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience managing projects in
 
 Asana
 
 
 or a similar project management tool
 
 (ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Notion)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 GoHighLevel
 
 or similar
 
 CRM/automation platforms
 
 (Keap, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, HubSpot), with a demonstrated ability and willingness to quickly learn GoHighLevel
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Zapier
 
 (or comparable automation tool) experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable coordinating contractors for project work
 </li>
