 We&rsquo;re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their
 
 G&amp;A
 
 and
 
 Corporate
 
 hiring. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for marketing, operations, people and finance roles &ndash; from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, to offer negotiations and acceptance
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
 
 
 
 
 
 🌟 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 <li>
 Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
 </li>
 <li>
 Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
 </li>

 🔍 What You Bring:

 5+ years
 
 in full-cycle recruitment
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record in head office / corporate hiring on a national scale
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
 </li>
 <li>
 Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
 </li>
 <li>
