🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - G&A / Corporate

📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

📍 Remote - North America

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their G&A and Corporate hiring. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for marketing, operations, people and finance roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, to offer negotiations and acceptance

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

🔍 What You Bring:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Track record in head office / corporate hiring on a national scale
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
• Build real Trust with our client
