RECEPTIONIST / AP - PRN SAT &amp; SUNDuties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Recepeptionist:<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for admission inquiries</li><li>Facilitate the admission process and answer to the first level of inquiries</li><li>Act as a liaison between families and the Admission Team</li><li>Fulfill administrative and organizational tasks for the Admission department</li><li>Help prepare and attend all admissions events</li><li>Answer phone calls</li><li>Greet family members / staff / residents</li><li>Assist with Receptionist tasks and duuties.</li></ul>AP:<ul><li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment</li><li>Enter/code all invoices, ensuring accuracy</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements</li><li>Submittal of timley invoices and notification of delays / outstanding invoices</li><li>Research and correct discrepancies</li><li>Effectively communicate with all levels of the Business</li><li>Monitor and maintains the repetitive</li><li>Communicates status of work and issues with managers or partners on a timely basis</li><li>Develop strong relationships</li><li>Demonstrate ability to proficiently use the accounts payable software requirements</li><li>Become familiar with the policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Point Click Care: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Answering Phones: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>AP: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
