RECEPTIONIST / AP - PRN SAT & SUN
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Recepeptionist:
- Serve as a point of contact for admission inquiries
- Facilitate the admission process and answer to the first level of inquiries
- Act as a liaison between families and the Admission Team
- Fulfill administrative and organizational tasks for the Admission department
- Help prepare and attend all admissions events
- Answer phone calls
- Greet family members / staff / residents
- Assist with Receptionist tasks and duuties.
AP:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Enter/code all invoices, ensuring accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Submittal of timley invoices and notification of delays / outstanding invoices
- Research and correct discrepancies
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the Business
- Monitor and maintains the repetitive
- Communicates status of work and issues with managers or partners on a timely basis
- Develop strong relationships
- Demonstrate ability to proficiently use the accounts payable software requirements
- Become familiar with the policies and procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Point Click Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Answering Phones: 1 year (Preferred)
- AP: 1 year (Preferred)
