This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a wellness-focused environment where your positive attitude makes a difference every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate bookings and confirmations.</li><li>Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, addressing questions about services, products, and promotions.</li><li>Assist practitioners flipping treatment rooms.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Process transactions accurately.</li><li>Support spa staff with administrative tasks such as managing client records, scheduling follow-ups, and checking clients in and out.</li><li>Promote a positive environment by communicating effectively with team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Create a minimum of two flyers a week using canva for advertising purposes On social media.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and scheduling.</li><li>Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging clients professionally.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
